The World Forum on Energy Regulation is the leading international conference on energy regulation, held only once every three years. European Energy Regulators and the Regulatory Authority for Energy of Greece (RAE) are co-hosting the Fourth World Forum on Energy Regulation, which will take place October 18-21, 2009 in Athens, Greece.
