This public consultation on the Draft GGP on retail market design, with a focus on supplier switching and billing seeks stakeholders' views in order to further the discussion for the development of the final Guidelines of Good Practice on retail market design, with a focus on supplier switching and billing for both electricity and gas.

CEER proposed seventeen draft recommendations: one recommendation on retail market design; eight recommendations on switching; one recommendation on moving; and seven recommendations on billing.

Stakeholders are invited to participate in the public consultation via a dedicated online questionnaire in this section of the European energy regulators' website. Please note that only answers submitted via the on-line questionnaire will be taken into consideration.

CEER invites all interested parties to provide comments to the consultation document - and in particular to the list of specific questions set out in the consultation document.

Any comments should be received by Wednesday, 14 September 2011 through the dedicated online questionnaire. Please note that the login request to fill in the questionnaire must be performed by Friday, 9 September 2011.

Following the public consultation period, CEER will publish all responses received from stakeholders that are not marked as confidential.
