Conclusions of the 2nd Technical RCC meeting
Regulators approved the final version of the action plan. This final version will be presented to the 1st SG meeting in early October
The 1st SG meeting will take place on 3rd October 2007 (to be confirmed). The agenda will be circulated as soon as possible
The Regulators agreed a first version of the Paper on analysis of the administrative procedures for the changing of the legislation in force in each country that will be presented in the 1st SG meeting
Regulators discussed on how to proceed regarding the comparative analysis of the state of the art as regards information management and wholesale market data handling across Member States in the region and on the questionnaire on transparency to be submitted to TSOs and PXs. Following the experience from the Northern and CWE region a transparency report will be produced by the Regulators and submitted for public consultation
