The RCC for the South-West Electricity REM comprises all NRAs' Presidents involved in the region. The RCC in its meeting of May 30th agreed on establishing a RCC at technical level to bring forward deeper technical studies. The first meeting of the Technical RCC took place on 7 June 2007 in Madrid. Please find below the available papers for the meeting.

Conclusions of the meeting (E07-ERI-SW-RCCTech-01-02)

• The RCC for the SW Electricity REM held its first meeting at technical level on 7 June 2007 in Madrid.
• A draft detailed action plan was agreed for 2007-2009, based on the first action plan and priorities already agreed by Presidents of the three regulators involved in the region (CNE-CRE and ERSE) in the 2nd RCC meeting on May 30th in Paris.
• This proposed action plan will be submitted to the Implementation Group for discussion in July.
