The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators is a subject to the provisions of its Financial Regulation.
In accordance with article 74 of the Agency’s Financial Regulation the relevant provisions (including Tittle V Procurement) of the general Financial Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, as last amended by Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1081/2010 of 29 November 2010, and Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 shall apply to the Agency.
