After entry into force on 28 December 2011 of EU Regulation No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT), market participants and persons professionally arranging transactions will be obliged to fulfil the obligations described in:

• Article 3(4)(b) and 4(2) - Obligation to publish inside information;
• Article 15 - Obligations of persons professionally arranging transactions.

To report using the ACER web application, we kindly ask you to first print and carefully read the "User Guide" which will give you all necessary information and lead you to the correct form.

• I want to report delayed publication of inside information (Art. 3.4.b and 4.2.)
• I want to report suspicious transactions (Art.15)
